John face update

Heres a rendertest of the hair of John. Its maya hair - modelled with a nurbs surface, whereoff the controlcurvers are extracted.

  2. Hi there.

    The skinshader is a simple misss_fast_skin in mental ray for maya.

    The trick about it in these pictures might be the fact of the two soft rimlights, and the high light angle of those two lights. It "fills" the sss shader with alot of interresting color. Apart from that the shader itself has a very high back-scatter value, compared to the world-size of the head.
